The tennis courts have undergone fantastic refurbishment!
Working with Emerald Sports Surfaces, all 8 courts were resurfaced with Tiger Turf Advantage Pro carpet which is considered to be the most advanced and durable tennis surface. The unique yarn used has been designed so that it doesn’t shine when wet, or under floodlights. Even after heavy use, the surface retains its shape and structure resulting in high performance, resilience and durability. The surface is used by lots of the top tennis clubs in the country.
Another great addition were the floodlighting to 4 of the courts. This means that boys can now play throughout the winter evenings and the floodlit courts are providing very popular with players of all ages!
The courts also got new fencing, kerbing etc, so they look very smart.
